There was some discussion in days past about reasons for not using HTML
    email.

Has anyone noticed that there seem to be a LOT of spam messages making
it thru the mailing list now?
Especially since that discussion was held. I have gotten at least 50
    today alone.

I think it is time something is done to cut down this type of mail, or I
(for one) will have to turn it off.
I cannot imagine the problems users with dialup connections are having
    with this.

Can the list manager do something to reduce this??
