I'm using the EIO 8401H (non-raid) IDE card (InnoVision). This uses an
ITE 8212 chip. The supplied drivers were only for older versions of
Linux but their helpdesk pointed me to the ITE website for drivers where
I took the RH9 source (note: source code available) version and
recompiled. I now have a nice working card. The drivers are actively
being developed as there is a version for 2.6 kernels.
