Go to Options -> Preferences on XMMS. Under the 'Audio I/O' tab, you'll
see a drop down for 'Output Plugin' and select the OSS Driver...click
Apply. If you don't have the OSS Driver (or another Mp3 plugin?),
you'll need to install one.
