Did you make any efforts to find the answer yourself?
http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html
has a lot of official mirrors for Fedora Core. rpm.livna.org actually
has no mirror, the mirror is a temporary exchange for the main
rpm.livna.org being down. That was announced here on the list a few days
ago. Please use the archive.
