    $ rpm -q --changelog kernel-<version-number>

    or if you haven't installed it yet

    $ rpm -qp --changelog kernel-<version-number>.arch.rpm

    It might be worth throwing an "| head" or "| less" on the end since the
    Kernel changelog is generally long.
