make error because of selinux?

Hi,

i have tried to compile celestia 1.3.1
http://celestia.sourceforge.net/
but got after make the error:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lselinux
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
so i guess, it is selinux related.
SELinux is installed, but not activated so how can i avoid this error?
