Re: External links causes new browser start

I'm asuming you mean from gaim, or other source besides inside of mozilla.

Here is what I use.. I actually got this out of klipper a while back.

/usr/local/bin/mozilla -remote "openURL(%s, new-tab)"

so basically.. if you had mozilla open.. and you went to the CLI and typed:

mozilla -remote "openURL(http://www.freshmeat.net/, new-tab)"

It would open up freshmeat in a new tab in your browser..

You can replace new-tab with new-window if you'd like.
