Assuming that you're trying to install the CD, put the disc in, ensure
the first boot device is the CD.
If you've installed Fedora and it's running, put the CD in, click on the
computer icon and click onto the CD icon.

Yep - it is that easy. Drag the file to the Nautilus CD burner and click
on burn.
