Has anyone had any experience of using any of the new PCI-E graphics cards from NVidia with Fedora or RHEL?
Specifically, the Quadro FX1300. I've got the proprietary drivers all installed perfectly and am getting an extremely FPS rate for this card - 5000 according to glxgears. An older lower end AGP Quadro 900 card with the same drivers gives significantly more performance - 8000 FPS.
Anyone using this card or a similar PCI-E one? Is this a limitation of the nvidia drivers, or PCI-E support in the 2.4 kernel? Or something else?
Thanks,
Rafiq
