    Yes, I see this the same as you James. Red Hat release 7.0 is dead -
    R.I.P. It is unsupported by Red Hat for a long time now. Was never
    supported by the Fedora Legacy Project. If there is no reasonable way to
    upgrade to a current Linux release I would highly recommend to upgrade
    to Red Hat 7.3. This is possible using the Fedora Legacy Project
    repository.
