    | Does anyone have this combination monitor/video card working under FC3?

Answered my own question. These are the settings that worked for me:

    EndSection

    Section "Device"

            Driver "i128"
            VendorName "Videocard vendor"
BoardName "Number Nine Revolution IV (T2R4)"
    EndSection

    Section "Screen"
