what should i do RF on or Off

i ran this cmd in the terminal

[root@localhost ~]# cat /sys/bus/pci/drivers/ipw2200/*/rf_kill
0
[root@localhost ~]#

0 = RF kill not enabled (radio on)
1 = SW based RF kill active (radio off)
2 = HW based RF kill active (radio off)
3 = Both HW and SW RF kill active (radio off)
SW = Software
HW = Hardware
i guess mine is enabled i need to disable it
for my wireless to work??
