    I would have to assume that for that to work, you'd have to stick an
    ethernet card of some kind it knew about in that PCMCIA slot. And
    hook it up to a local network. ISTR that it asked me for the IP and
    netmask before it got to that screen, so in my case it already knew
    there was a network available.

    My problem yesterday (I haven't played with it today, worked graveyard
    last night & slept most of the day) was that while this box was
    showing an authenticated connection coming in, the box I was trying
    to install FC3 on kept telling me it was being denied permission to
    connect. One or the other wasn't speaking with the right accent I
    guess.
