/dev permissions change after boot

    Hi Guys,

    After a boot, the permission of files in /dev becomes this a different
    permission than original are.
    Example:

    original permission
    crw-rw---- 1 root tty 2, 139 Mar 28 07:43 ptyxb
    after boot
    crw------- 1 root root 2, 139 Mar 28 10:07 ptyxb

    original permission
    crw-rw-rw- 1 root root 1, 3 Mar 28 07:43 null
    after boot
    crw------- 1 root root 1, 3 Mar 28 10:07 null

    and a lot of more files...

    Does anybody know is changing it?
