    my errors are a bit different, but similar:

    [root@localhost Desktop]# rpm RealPlayer-10.0.4.750-20050401.i586.rpm -ivh

    [root@localhost Desktop]# realplay
    /usr/local/RealPlayer/realplay.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
    [root@localhost Desktop]# yum install compat-listdc++
    Setting up Install Process
    Setting up Repos
    base 100% |=========================| 1.1 kB 00:00
    updates-released 100% |=========================| 951 B 00:00
    Reading repository metadata in from local files
    base : ################################################## 2622/2622
    updates-re: ################################################## 872/872
    No Match for argument: compat-listdc++
    Nothing to do
    [root@localhost Desktop]#
