Even without the GUI, you don't edit any config files to add a
printer. The command is "lpadmin -p <name> -E -v <device> -m
<ppdfile>". You must uninstall system-config-printer before
doing this, or it will overwrite the changes done from command
line. See "man lpadmin" and read the CUPS Software
