    Gary, could you post the configuration of your dsl setup in FC3 to
    the list for us? Also, what type of ethernet card do you have?

    Is there anything in the logs that tell you what may or may not have
    happend just before the lock up?

    Have you verified that your settings from FC1 are identical to FC3
    settings? If not, you may want to copy the configs from FC1 to FC3
    (all relevant configs of course) and see what happens for you.
