    For 32bit on Athlon64, you can upgrade. For 64bit, you have to install.
    YMMV with an upgrade. I would advise an install in all cases saving
    the contents of /etc & /home and then restore your settings. Since
    I have multiple harddrives in my systems, I do parallel installs.
