Ah, missed the fc2 bit, so no Fedora Extras/rpm.livna.org is strictly
    required.

However, kde-redhat no longer officially supports legacy releases (like
fc2), however... it appears you're simply hitting some old yum
not-resolving-all-dependancies bugs. I can assure you that all required
(yet yum-claiming-to-be-missing) dependancies *are* in the kde-redhat
fc2 repo, including, but not limited to
    qt-3.3.4
    OpenEXR
    redhat-artwork
    redhat-menus
    libmusicbrainz
    libtunepimp
    jasper
    lcms
    openslp
    xine-lib
    libmal
    graphviz
    mDNSResponder
    meanwhile
    gnokii
    gpgme
    pinentry
    qscintilla

though, it appears you have a pretty hodge-podge system... having
upgraded to xorg-6.8.1, and installed sane-backends from tarball, so
things probably won't ever go smootly.

If you have further questions/problems, I'd suggest posting to
kde-redhat-users@lists.sourceforge.net. Lot's of helpful folks there
who have been through some of these same issues.
