Quikcam 4000 not working / yum / apt-get sources

    in FC3 my webcam worked, quickcam 4000 pro but in the new release FC4 it
    doesn't work. Is there a solution? and is there a program for yum that works
    like synaptic? If not, is there a way for e to get the source installed
    under apt-get so I can use synaptic to install software?
