    Recently I installed FC4 on an AMD64/3200+ based system,
    using the X86_64 download.

    When running Up2Date, I get a message on each package that
    there is no GPG signature.

    Also, and less troubling: when I choose to shutdown or restart
    from the GUI, I always need to reset or power off manually.

    Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

    Jim
