    For feedback,
    I have tested these driver on another system and it work:

    AMD Athlon 64 3000
    Motherboard with Nforce 4 chipset
    Fedora Core 4 64
    Nvidia driver 76.76

    So I wonder now if it is the CPU EM64T that is the problem or the
    Motherboard with Intel Chipset.

    I have send a mail to nvidia support but still not receive any reply.
    If I found any solution I will post it here.
