100 DPI Font Install

I've never had to change the font selection, but thought I'd like to try the
100 dpi fonts because my laptop runs at 1600*1200. I can't seem to find how
to do that. Do I need to edit the xorg.conf file directly, or is there some
gui I run to do that?
