kernel modules and smp wrong choice?

Hello,
I have a dual xeon machine and using latest smp kernel with FC3.
Someone told me that the pentium pro libs are loaded instead of the xeon
family.
Must i be concern? or is there a way to load the good libs for the dual xeon
cpu's.
