    Mine has the following: Icon=postscript-viewer.png

    I assume that's from a standard set of icons for the current theme, as
    it doesn't include a path.

    Hint: To find what makes up the menu, look for *.desktop files.

    e.g. locate evince.desktop

    You can do the same trick to find where that icon comes from.

    i.e. locate postscript-viewer.png
