    I have fedora core 4 with lattest updates. I have

    net-snmp-5.2.1.2-fc4.1 and

    net-snmp-libs-5.2.1.2-fc4.1

    I am surprised it's looking for 5.2.1-12. It should be 5.2.1.2.
