    I think everything that is in the "kernel-devel" package in FC4 (this
    also applies to kernel-devel-2.6.12-1.1372_FC3, which as Alexander said
    was a one-off packaging error) can be found in the regular "kernel"
    package in FC3. So if you're following instructions written for FC4 that
    say to install "kernel-devel", you'll already have the files you need in
    the "kernel" package and you don't need to install anything else.
