    hi,all
I have a problem for a long time. It seems to me that the "man" show "`"
as "'" in console or xterm or rxvt and so on even when the en_US.UTF-8
locale is used. It is a big problem when describe the bash's feature
`command` as 'command'. Anyone has the same problems? I run fedora core
    4 updated from FC3.
