problem with logwatch

I need some help. Logwatch is not sending me any emails. I'm not sure
what exactly is wrong.

These work:

/etc/cron.daily/0logwatch --service http
/etc/cron.daily/0logwatch --logfile messages

Now then. If I try:

/etc/cron.daily/0logwatch --service All

I get nothing. No errors, no emails. It just silently goes away.

I've tried using the debug but there is so much output I can't see
anything that stands out. The only thing that I've done differently on
this system is mount /var and /tmp as nosuid and noexec (different
partitions). I think logwatch was working for a while like this so I'm
not sure if that is the problem.

Thank you in advance.
