question about "at"

Hi,
I am trying to record a FM-broadcast at a scheduled time.
Mplayer will play and record the audio-stream without problems. But when I want "at" to invoke mplayer to start at a certain time it won't run. Mplayer seems tot be able to connect to the (broadcasting) server, but there is no cache fill.
I put SELinux in permissive mode, but that did not change the output.

$ mplayer -ao pcm http://livemedia.omroep.nl/radio4-breed?MSWMExt=.asf

To get best performance, recompile MPlayer with --disable-runtime-cpudetection.

Try adding "echo 1024 > /proc/sys/dev/rtc/max-user-freq" to your system startup scripts.

There is a new file in my home-directory where the recorded stream is stored (audiodump.wav).
When I try "at" to invoke mplayer:

$ at 18:23
at> mplayer -ao pcm http://livemedia.omroep.nl/radio4-breed?MSWMExt=.asf

I have this output in /var/spool/mail/peter:

Exiting... (End of file)

There is no cache fill and then it quits.
Why is there this difference of handling the same command? Is it a SELinux-matter?
I put the mplayer command in a little script and let "at" run the script at a given time, but again it hangs at the cache fill.
Does anybody have an explanation for this?
Peter
