I am a linux student.
yesterday i removed and reinstalled the setup packages using rpm -ivh
command after using rpm -e setup
after rebooting the system the graphics is not starting and system says
gdm user does not exist. configure your /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf..
pls tell me how to fix the problem.

rpm and wget -c ... just played with the command rpm --showrc to see just what ftp'ish ... command is used by rpm (and hence yum).... Trying other mirror.... (Fedora)
