Computer dealers, the new used car salesmen...
I've never had much trouble with Dell or IBM server products but
I do find their pricing strategies a bit odd. IBM makes it hard
for individuals or small companies to buy by setting the list
prices high and offering discounts on volume orders. Dell is
just the opposite and will often charge more if they put you
in the 'large company' category.
And if you want generic but designed for Linux boxes there
is always http://www.penguincomputing.com/. I've had some
trouble with the fans and power supplies in their 1U boxes
but if you are buying several you might save enough compared
to Dell or IBM to keep a spare - and you never have a problem
buying them without windows installed...
