FC5 GConf crashing X on i810

I have a couple of old Dell Optiplex G110 PIII systems with Intel 810
onboard graphics that I use for testing purposes. I installed FC5 a
couple of days ago, and now I've seen X crashes on both of them. Both
are completely up to date with yum updates. The systems remain viable
after the crash, that is, I can login with ssh from another host and
poke around, but X is dead. Has anyone else seen this problem?
