What type of switch do you have? Unless you have a very old hub most
newer switches are 100Mb full duplex.

Looks fine - everything goes via eth0.
Posting the actual output of the commands recommended would help.
And read up on tcpdump or even etheral. Good tools to look at the
traffic/packets on the network.
