ipe doesn't appear to be in either Core or Extras, so which repo are you
trying to install it from, and which other repos do you have enabled?

Thanks, Paul. I am trying a local install on FC4 of the rpm (for FC3)
from ipe's site.

You're going to need a Qt 4.1.x RPM package from somewhere to go with it
then. Not sure where you'll find one of those. Perhaps someone else
knows?

Will not the following solve the problem, Paul?

yum install qt
