iTunes Replacement

Hey mates,

Can anyone recommend a good iTunes replacement for linux systems? I mean, a
good player, media-library support and maybe even iPod support?

If they're not all available in one pack, how about many prgrams to do that?
I mean the best I could find was mplayer, and it has no media-library or
anything... So, any suggestions?
