I'm using the standard core/updates with Extras, Livna, and the FreeDesktop.org gstreamer repositories[1]. Livna is made to be compatible with Extras, and the gstreamer repositories are made to be compatible with the Extras/Livna combo, so I've no troubles with conflicting stuff there.
