The list software (mailman) can be configured to strip or not strip
any existing reply-to headers before (optionally) adding its own.
This appears to be how this list is setup. So anyone that includes
their own reply-to header in mail sent to the list will have both
their address and the list address in there. More often than not, the
reply-to address people use is the same as the from address, making
the addition of a reply-to address quite pointless.
