I isolated the issue to the following:

[root@satyr ~]# yum update
Setting up Update Process
Setting up repositories
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Resolving Dependencies
--> Populating transaction set with selected packages. Please wait.
---> Package gtkmm24.x86_64 0:2.6.9-2.fc4 set to be updated
---> Package gtkmm24-devel.x86_64 0:2.6.9-2.fc4 set to be updated
--> Running transaction check
--> Processing Dependency: libatkmm-1.6.so.1()(64bit) for package: mysql-query-browser
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: libatkmm-1.6.so.1()(64bit) is needed by package mysql-query-browser
