This is not a SELinux problem. Chances are, the DSL Router/Modem is
not providing DSN service for hosts on the local network. If your
Windows box has a fixed IP address, you can put an entry in
/etc/hosts for it. You may want to check the Windows boxes to see
what is in c:\windows\hosts.
