When I trying configuring I receive this message:

quotaon: Quota format not supported in kernel.

What´s wrong?

Packge instaled:
[root@ias ~]# rpm -qa|grep quota
quota-3.13-1.2.2

May be quota support is not compiled into the kernel read the below
