Sure. I enable it and then install the gstreamer-universe package (which pulls
in all the gstreamer plugins as dependencies). That's all there is to it. :)
(Well, for the GStreamer stuff; I grab various things like mplayer and libdvd
stuff from Livna; but I don't think I'm allowed to discuss that on this list.)
