Postfix question

My logwatch report is showing entries like this:

As you see, something is adding the boxname to the host. I have
checked /etc/aliases and it looks fine. I've checked /etc/postfix.main.cfg
and that looks ok as well.

I can send messages to anne@xxxxxxxxxxx and they get delivered correctly.
Logwatch for box david gets correctly delivered to me also.

I can't see what is causing these messages. Any ideas?
