When I shutdown the PC, it repeats an error message, in fact, endless.
The error message starts after killall process activated.
Here is the error:
unregister_netdevice: waiting for vmnet1 to become free
Usage Count = 1
The error is endless, I have to press i/o button to hard shutdown.
Any ideas?
Did you stop all your running VM's before you shutdown your host system?
Thanks, Uwe. The reported problem occurs even without having used
VMware during the session.
2 questions:
What kind of vmware do you use? VMware Server, VMware Workstation, or VMware
Player?
What's your kernel and VMware versions?
Regards,
Uwe
