at start-up I get these message: what is the meaning??? The computer
is a laptop....

Yes, your not resolving (DNS) the hostnames:
0.pool.ntp.org
1.pool.ntp.org
2.pool.ntp.org
clock1.redhat.com

I can only guess that at the time this is run that your network may
not be up and running.
