System log from FC6

Dear All,
Just cut out from the log records :
Feb 14 04:04:19 svr1 init: Trying to re-exec init
Feb 14 07:48:13 svr1 /sbin/mingetty[1927]: tty1: invalid character 0x1b
in login name
How to prevent the problem again ?
1, Disable the auto funciton ( re-exec init ).
2, About the mingetty program.
