1. install gimp-print-cups and gimp-print-utils
2. set up a queue using the *native* CUPS drivers (i.e. one of the PPDs
from the gimp-print-cups package)
3. go to http://localhost:631/ and find your printer
You should see a 'Clean Print Heads' button.
