Paula J. Lindsay kirjoitti viestissään (lähetysaika torstai, 31.

Anyway, he already had 1 gig of memory in the machine, but
when we put another bank of memory (1 gig)
we could not boot up. We did a switch and they (both 1 gig
dimms) and they both work apart, but not
together.
This is a hardware problem not related to Fedora. Are the DIMMs
identical? Are they approved by the motherboard manufacturer?
Have you tried different memory sockets on the motherboard? How
about changing the memory timing in BIOS setup?
