I had to hunt through a few servers before I managed to find it,
manually. I thought it might have been pulled, since there were
quite a few complaints about it. But I found it here:

updating does not find it. My machine reports itself as a i386
Are you sure that there should be? If you look at the original
(un-updated) install files (see the link below), there isn't an i386
kernel.

2.6.22.1-33.fc7 i686 i386
Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5. Today, it's FC7.
