VMware Workstation 6 Audio Issue?

I seem to be having trouble getting VMware to connect my audio. When starting up windows it says "Failed to open sound device /dev/dsp: Device or resource busy". Anyone having this problem? I put the alsa oss plugin on, but still no help.
